At Repair Guru, we operate on a No Fix, No Charge policy. Here is exactly what that means for you.

1. No Fix, No Charge Policy

If our technician visits your home in Samastipur and is unable to repair your appliance for any reason, you will only be charged the minimum inspection fee of ₹99.
No additional labour charges, no travel charges, no hidden fees — just ₹99.
This policy applies to all services: AC repair, washing machine repair, geyser repair, and air cooler repair.

2. When Inspection Fee Applies

The ₹99 inspection fee is charged in all cases where a technician visits your premises, including:

When the appliance is repaired successfully (the ₹99 is adjusted in the total bill)
When repair is not possible due to non-availability of parts
When the customer declines the repair after receiving the quote
When the appliance has no repairable fault found

3. 30-Day Warranty Guarantee

All repaired appliances come with a 30-day warranty.
If the same problem recurs within 30 days of repair, we will fix it free of charge — no labour fee, no inspection fee.

4. Spare Parts

If spare parts are supplied and installed, and the part itself is defective within the manufacturer's warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost to you.
Parts damaged by misuse, power surge, or improper use are not covered under this policy.

5. Refunds on Paid Amounts

If you have paid for a repair that does not hold (same fault recurs within 30 days) and we are unable to re-attend within a reasonable time, we will refund the labour portion of your payment. Contact us to resolve any such situation.
